Accessibility Statement
Last updated: June 4, 2026
Effortless Apply is committed to making its website and dashboard usable by people with disabilities. This statement describes our current accessibility goal, known limits, and how to report barriers.
1. Accessibility Standard
We aim to conform to the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 Level AA for customer-facing pages and core dashboard workflows. We have not completed a formal third-party accessibility audit, so we do not claim full conformance at this time.
2. Measures We Take
- Use semantic HTML, labels, headings, and keyboard-focus styles in product surfaces.
- Keep touch targets usable on mobile and desktop.
- Test many dashboard components with React Testing Library and accessibility-oriented assertions where practical.
- Review customer-facing flows for keyboard access, readable contrast, and responsive layout during UI hardening passes.
- Fix reported accessibility barriers with priority based on severity and user impact.
3. Known Limitations
Some parts of the Service may not fully meet the target standard yet. Known risk areas include:
- Complex dashboard tables and dense workflow controls that may need additional screen-reader refinement.
- Third-party pages, employer ATS platforms, Stripe-hosted pages, Google OAuth pages, and other external services outside our control.
- AI-generated content or employer-provided job descriptions that may include inaccessible formatting or unclear language.
- Rapidly changing beta or internal diagnostic tools that may lag behind customer-facing accessibility standards.
4. Feedback and Support
If you experience an accessibility barrier, email support@effortlessapply.ai. Please include:
- The page or feature where the issue occurred.
- A description of the problem.
- Your browser, device, assistive technology, and operating system if you are comfortable sharing them.
- The format or accommodation that would help you complete the task.
We aim to acknowledge accessibility requests within a reasonable time and provide a practical path to complete the affected task when possible.
5. Compatibility
Effortless Apply is designed for current versions of major browsers on desktop and mobile devices. Older browsers, unsupported browser extensions, disabled JavaScript, or third-party platform pages may reduce accessibility or functionality.
6. Ongoing Improvement
Accessibility is an ongoing process. We will update this statement as our product, audits, known limitations, and accessibility practices change.
